okay, so i get weighed yesterday to determine if i meet the air force weight requirements on order to get promoted to senior airman. i find out i'm 18 lbs overweight. however, i'm 6'6" and should have a rather large requirement. but it's no good. i go over to the wellness center to get taped and they find out i am 5% over my body-fat percentage requirement. so now i have to lose 2.5 inches or 18 pounds in one week so i can get promoted. if not it'll probably be another three months before that happens. i'm taking any suggestions i can get on how to lose this in seven days. i'm kinda in another predicament so any help will be appreciated. thanks.
